The 10% Fixed Rental Guarantee is a “Nett Return” (as defined in Annexure B – the rental guarantee agreement) valid for 12 consecutive months from the Transfer Date. Participation is strictly contingent upon the purchase and full payment of the mandatory Furniture Package prior to the Transfer Date; failure to do so results in the immediate lapse of the guarantee. The 10% return is calculated on the Purchase Price excluding the Furniture Package. The Purchaser waives rights to automatic occupation; any personal use is subject to availability and the standard nightly rate. This guarantee is personal to the Purchaser and is non-transferable. Payments may be suspended in the event of Force Majeure without extending the 12-month period. All offers are subject to the signed Agreement of Sale.”
