What deposit is required?

You can pay a 10% deposit within 7 days of signing the agreement with the balance of the purchase price to be secured by either a bond or guarantee within 45 days from signature of the agreement. Alternatively, you may pay a 30% deposit within 7 days of signature of the agreement with the balance due 60 days from the lodgement date (roughly Aug 2025).

What is included in the monthly levy?

The monthly levy includes the common area cleaning, swimming pool maintenance, managing agent fees, general maintenance of the common areas, lift servicing, building insurance, landscaping maintenance, common area electricity and water charges and all other expenses related to the scheme.
