Hannah Sparks

Project Coordinator

As a daughter of a quantity surveyor, Hannah developed a passion for property at a young age. In 2008, she enrolled for a BSc in Property Studies at the University of Cape Town, and went on to finish her BSc Honours degree in Property Studies in 2011.

After completing her studies, Hannah was given the opportunity to join Signatura on 2012 and work alongside one of Cape Town’s most successful property developers, John Rabie.

Under the guidance of John Edgar, Hannah acquired new skills as part of the project management team and is enjoying the chance of being involved in Signatura’s roll-out of master-crafted developments.

Christiaan Bester

Project Manager

After completing his schooling at Rondebosch Boys’ High School, Christiaan pursued his passion for property and enrolled to study a BSc in Property Studies at the University of Cape Town. In February 2014, he was given the opportunity to join Signatura.

Yanela Dlokweni

Project Manager

In 2009 Yanela matriculated from the Leap Science and Maths School. She went on to enrol at the University of Cape Town and graduated with a BSc in Construction Economics and Management in 2013. Shortly after that she joined the Signatura team, starting as Office Manager before being promoted to Project Manager.

Vaughn Erasmus

Project Manager

Vaughn Erasmus, a proud Wynberg Boy, received his first South African Men’s Hockey Cap in 2007. Having graduated with a BA in Sports Science and Facility Management in 2008 from the University of Pretoria, Vaughn pursued his early interest in construction, managing site safety and installations for a local business, after which he refined his management skills as the MD of an aluminium company. With a family background in property sales, Vaughn enrolled with the EAAB before joining Signatura in 2013.

Kelly-Anne Hodge

Project Manager

Kelly-Anne completed her schooling at Rustenburg Girls’ High, after which she chose to follow her interest in the property industry, and enrolled for a BSc in Property Studies at the University of Cape Town. Having completed her Honours in Property Studies, Kelly-Anne was offered an opportunity to join the Signatura project management team.
