David Cohen

After earning a degree in finance and international business from New York University, David moved to Israel where he worked as a trader and analyst for a large bank in Tel Aviv.

He then returned to the world of academia and received his master’s degree in government and international security studies, following which he joined a consulting firm and headed up their operations and finance department.

After immigrating to South Africa, David was recruited to Signatura to head up the finance and operations department and has since been promoted to the position of managing director

Jonathan Stoller

After completing a BSc in Construction Management at UCT, Jonathan joined Group Five Construction, where he ran the planning and programming division, worked in close conjunction with the tendering department, and assisted site personnel with programmes, labour histograms and monitoring costs.

In 1998 he joined Rabie Property Group as a project/development manager, gaining major experience in both the residential and commercial market. During this time he worked on two commercial business parks and the award-winning Westlake mixed-use project.

In 2001, together with John Edgar, Jonathan started project management and facilitation company, Stoller Edgar Properties, which, has been involved in numerous developments as professional consultants in the fields of project management and marketing. In 2011 Jonathan and John Edgar joined John Rabie to start Signatura.

Bradley Parker

Bradley started his career in property in 2007, and soon moved into project management, overseeing a number of significant projects, including the construction of Steenberg Virgin Active, Westlake Lifestyle Centre and the Melrose Arch precinct.

Bradley started his career in property in 2007, and soon moved into project management, overseeing a number of significant projects, including the construction of Steenberg Virgin Active, Westlake Lifestyle Centre and the Melrose Arch precinct. Since joining Signatura in 2012 he has been involved in all stages of projects, from inception to completion. A major focus has been building good relationships with all team players from professionals, builders, council officials and clients, as well as developing processes, mentoring and the project management team.
