John Rabie

John Rabie, founder of the Rabie Property Group, started developing property in 1978. In the course of the following three and a half decades, he successfully led his company through two major recessions, a change in political dispensation …

… and a global financial melt-down, winning significant national and international awards along the way.

Constantly adapting to changing market conditions, John’s visionary approach has shaped the landscape of Cape Town through his pioneering public-private partnerships and mega-mixed use developments, which include Marconi Beam, Westlake Estate, Royal Ascot, Big Bay and Century City.

In 2012 John embarked on a new chapter in the story of his career by founding South Africa’s first ‘private label’ property company, Signatura, dedicated to re-energising Cape Town’s inner city and existing suburban areas.

Jonathan Stoller

After completing a BSc in Construction Management at UCT, Jonathan joined Group Five Construction, where he ran the planning and programming division, worked in close conjunction with the tendering department, and assisted site …

… personnel with programmes, labour histograms and monitoring costs. In 1998 he joined Rabie Property Group as a project/development manager, gaining major experience in both the residential and commercial market. During this time he worked on two commercial business parks and the award-winning Westlake mixed-use project.

In 2001, together with John Edgar, Jonathan started project management and facilitation company, Stoller Edgar Properties, which, has been involved in numerous developments as professional consultants in the fields of project management and marketing. In 2011 Jonathan and John Edgar joined John Rabie to start Signatura.

DIRECTOR
Bradley Parker

Bradley Joined Signatura in 2012, he was involved in all stages of projects from inception to completion. A major focus was on building good relationships with all team players from professionals, builders, council officials and clients, as well as developing processes, mentoring, and building the project management team.

In 2019, Bradley embarked on a new chapter, relocating to Portugal for the next four years. During this time, he contributed significantly to the establishment of an international property business, notably playing a key role in the successful completion and delivery of the prestigious Lisbon-based project, LX Living.

After his enriching experience abroad, Bradley Parker returned to Signatura in 2023. His extensive background in international property business and project management, highlighted by his pivotal role in LX Living, adds a wealth of expertise and insight to our team. Bradley’s commitment to nurturing strong relationships and refining project processes remains an invaluable asset as he resumes his position as Director at Signatura.
