Anton McElhone

Anton began in the residential property industry in 2005 assisting with residential sales in the southern suburbs of Cape Town. He quickly developed a passion for the commercial property sector and joined national commercial firm, Broll Property Group in 2006, where he was an industrial property broker for five years in the Western Cape. In 2010 he was offered a position at a Cape Town based private property development company and headed their National Property Management division for Southern Africa, with assets under management in excess of R2 billion. Anton frequently travelled around the country at this time, increasing his national footprint and network. His unique skills and excellent relationships with his peers ensure investors’ assets are managed and run professionally. In 2012 he founded Pure Vision Properties, a commercial property consulting firm in Cape Town, and headed up the highly successful Signatura sales division.

Enver Deedat

Enver started his career in mortgage loans, finance and banking in 1983, when he began working for the Natal Building Society. He soon realized his real passion lay in residential property sales, and he obtained his Real Estate Certificate in 1994. In 1999 he became part of the V&A Waterfront Marina’s select marketing team, and became deeply involved in creating one of Cape Town’s most prestigious residential developments. An average of 783 apartments were sold over a 10 year period with a total value of R2,4 billion. In 2009 he was offered a position as Sales Executive for the prestigious Cape Royale Luxury Hotel and Residence, where he again achieved a record number of sales, before joining Signatura in 2013.
