Signatura was launched in Cape Town in July 2012 by John Rabie, who co-founded the highly successful Rabie Property Group in 1978, and went on to establish his European development company, Neworld, in 2019.

Signatura offers discerning buyers a personally endorsed property brand dedicated to creating new levels of quality, value and sustainability in strategically desirable urban and suburban areas of South Africa.

Our business model encompasses identifying existing sites and transforming them into significant real estate investment opportunities through the application of excellence and innovation in three key areas: architecture, landscaping and interior design.

Signatura was established in 2012 by John Rabie, co-founder of the Rabie Property Group, and founder of Neworld, a development company based in Lisbon.
